Reinforced steel profiles and a frame structure engineered in SAP2000. As stable as a rock.
Hot dip galvanised steel with a weather resistant coating gives the structure a service life of up to 50 years.
An 85mm integrated PU foaming wall delivers a thermal resistance of 3.95 m²·K/W for a remarkable energy saving effect.
Seamless integrated PU foaming and multiple seals effectively prevent air and moisture penetration.
Passed the SGS fire test for one hour fire resistance. Safe and worry free.
Professional structural design with a drip edge and organised drainage. Impervious to wind and rain.
Made on a production line
Laser cutting, robotic welding, automatic electrostatic powder coating, an integrated foaming line and a final assembly line. Building homes the way cars are built means consistent quality and an annual capacity of 5,000 units.

Each Flip is built to order, with a current lead time of 4 to 6 weeks. The unfold and installation on site takes 2 to 3 days. Your site preparation runs in parallel with manufacturing, so there is no dead time.
It depends on your site and intended use. Many of our buildings qualify as permitted development or temporary structures, meaning no formal planning application. For permanent residential use, planning may be required. We assess your site for free and tell you exactly what applies. No guesswork.

Yes. Choose from five layouts and three sizes, four exterior colours, outdoor additions like a terrace, canopy or garage, your foundation type and your electrical standard. The Mix layout joins two units for a larger home. Tell us what you need and we will configure it.
The Flip ships either as its own Shipper Owned Container or two units to a 40HC container, to international maritime standards. Because it is a modular unit, it can be relocated or resold later. Try doing that with a traditional build.
