Yes. The modular home studio uses 85mm integrated insulation and skirting heating, so it stays comfortable in winter and does not overheat in summer. It is a year round working space rather than a seasonal one.
The modular home shell is sound insulated and SGS tested, which makes it well suited to music, rehearsal and recording compared with a standard timber garden room. For specialist acoustic treatment you can fit out the open Hub interior to suit.
